每次想要表達20多歲的時(shí)候，很多人可能會(huì )立刻想到more than twenty，但是這種表達真的正確嗎？
其實(shí)，more than是“多于，超過(guò)，不只是”的意思，當你用“more than twenty”來(lái)形容一個(gè)人的時(shí)候，意思就是這個(gè)人可能不只20歲而是30、40歲。
那么，類(lèi)似于二十多歲的準確表達是什么樣的呢？
我們可以用到in one's twenties這個(gè)說(shuō)法。同理，如果是形容“在某人三十多歲時(shí)”，我們就可以說(shuō)in one's thirties。
例：Would people in their twenties read faster on a screen than a book since they've spent a majority of their lives consuming digital content?
由于二十多歲的年輕人花費了大量的時(shí)間在電子設備上，他們在屏幕上的閱讀速度是否會(huì )更加快速？
當然，除了這種表達，還有另外一種表達，那就是twenty-something，這個(gè)表達形容的年齡區間是在20到29歲。
例：Dating culture became intertwined with what I imagined to be the "New York lifestyle" of twenty-something working girls.
約會(huì )文化與我所認為的二十多歲并正在工作的女孩們紐約式的生活方式相一致。
